Good morning church.
Our God has been faith.
I want us to cast our mind back to when we were still in school. Our parents will always advise us to face our studies.
If You want to advise someone who is doing business, we'll tell them to face his or her Business .
When your marriage is not going well, people will always advise you to face your Marriage.
Facing something squarely also means  mind your business.
To be successful is not by accident.

You must mind  things for you to be successful in it.
Mind your business, marriage, ministry etc.
How many of us here  know that God wants us to succeed?
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2
Meaning that God wants us to succeed.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11
When something end well, we call it success.
I want to tell you today that it is the will of God for you to be successful.
Godly parents will always pray for their children to be successful.
The plan of God for us is to be successful.
It is Gods will for you and I to succeed.
God is telling You today to mind your life and the only way for you to mind your Life is to mind your life or mind your mind.

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23
Everything that has to do with good or bad, success or failure is a matter of the heart.
Every thing that will make you to be successful is embedded in the Bible.
Until your reasoning level is better, your life cannot be better.
God is telling you that your heart is what matters.

WHAT DOES TI MEAN TO GUARD YOUR HEART?
If you can guard your heart you will be successful.
Your mind is a place of:
• Thinking
• Meditating
• Place of ideals
Important of keeping the mind.
Because it is a place of everything.
Devil can use it to manipulate us.
Because God can make us to be better through our mind.
Your connection with God is though our heart.
Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,   This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. Matthew 15:7‭-‬8‬
What goes on in some people's mind is enough to bomb their the whole environment.
Some people claimed to love God, but within, they have evil thoughts and plans.
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
If you think that there is a problem, there will be a problem, If you think of success, you will be successful.

What you think is actually what will happened to you.
Nothing can stop you if you think you can.
The picture in your heart will determine your output.
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. Luke 6:45
God communicate to us through our mind.
If you want to be successful in life, focus your mind on success.
When you mind what goes on in your heart, you will realize that you can control what...
A dirty mind can never get the best from God.
What you see in your mind is what you attract.
Unbelievers used biblical principles to be successful.
The major instrument to be successful is the mind.
Some people secure their car more than their mind.

HOW DO WILL SECURE OUR MIND?
You cannot stop a bird from  flying but you can stop them from perching.
1) Submit your mind to the authority of God.
2)
3) Mind what you watch ( reading and listen to positive teachings, Word of God)
4) Mind what your eyes focus on. Focus your mind on God.
5) Mind your advisers.
6) Pray and cast out evil thoughts
7) Not boasting of things without our measure, that is, of other men's labours; but having hope, when your faith is increased, that we shall be enlarged by you according to our rule abundantly, 2 Corinthians 10:15

8) Replace every evil thoughts with the word of God.

Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation. Matthew 12:45
9) Read the Word of God.
10) cut off negative friends. There is nothing that a friend  will give you that God cannot give.

Formula for controlling your mind
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
Example.

Ask your self

You can only control your mind when you give you life/ mind to God.
