This 'mad man' was arrested in Asaba, Delta state with a bag full of used baby pampers. He collects them from people's waste bin in the guise of scavenging for food.
On interrogation, he confessed he sells them to a client in Ogun state.
"Any baby I pick his/ her used pampers only lives for 14 days, afterward he dies".
This is a lesson to nursing mothers. Please bury your used pampers if possible. Stop disposing pampers anyhow! What a wicked world we live in!
