International Cancer Centre: What happened to this project conceived by Hajiya Turai Yar'Adua?

What happened to the beautiful idea/project conceived and started by former first lady, Hajiya Turai Yar'Adua - 

The International Cancer Centre, Abuja??

This project Should have been nationalised and continued, just like the National Hospital Abuja, which was first started by (Maryam) Abacha it was later made a national project due to its importance, and today people are benefiting from it.

Only God knows how many Nigerians would have benefitted from the International Cancer Centre, both in terms of healthcare access/delivery and gainful employment...

We like to politicise everything as a nation and consequently continuity and good governance are made difficult by successive governments...

We have wasted so many lives, especially women, because we have practically ignored and allowed them to battle cancer alone...
The count continues...

It's not too late let us revisit this project and make use of this giant achievement.
