Millions of people are affected by joint pain and gout as a result of uric acid build up and crystallization in the joints. It’s an unpleasant condition which can luckily be relieved by some natural remedies which will also improve your overall health.
Cucumber juice, for example, will lower your body temperature and remove uric acid from your joints thanks to its alkalizing properties. If you’re feeling a slight pain while you’re drinking it, it is a sign that it’s working and an indication of the removal of toxins. Add some celery and ginger in the juice and you’ve got yourself a perfect combination against inflammation!
Ingredients:
-1 medium-sized cucumber
-1-inch ginger root
-A slice of lemon
-2 celery ribs
Preparation:
Clean the ingredients well, then peel and chop the cucumber and put it in a blender along with the celery, lemon and grated ginger root. Mix well until you get a homogenous mixture and your anti-inflammatory juice is prepared! Drink it every day until you notice improvements.
